Bill I took it to the boat shop and they said my hard cold starting problem was Stator and Rectifer and $1000 to replace.600 for parts and 400 labor.I have worked on cars my whole life so I know my way around,Never tryed that much marine stuff.But looks like I'm going to.

Wow they are high. I assume they tested the stator and found a problem with the fast start circuit? You can get the parts a lot cheaper than that too. I didn't look much but the stator is $251.87 and rectifier/regulator $185.65 here CDI Application Guide from BoatFix.com
Like I said, the hardest part is removing the flywheel. I've always used a harmonic balance puller and impact wrench with no problem. When you replace the flywheel be sure to torque it down to 200 ft lbs. This is important so you don't shear the woodruff key later on. Also check with The Marine Doctor as I may be forgetting something (age thing). He might be able to help you with the parts too.
