Transducer
I loaned my Jon boat to a friend and they accidentally backed into a wall and broke my transducer.The wire is routed through flexible conduit on the side, I "shoegooed" into the channel.Has anyone ever spliced in a new transducer successfully or can they even be bought seperately?My fish finder works fine but it's an el cheapo Eagle .I prefer not to upgrade no more than I use it's mainly for depth info.

I did on an older flasher. Don't remember the exact one I bought, but Radio Shack had a coax splice that I used on mine. I matched the size of cable with the slice.
If you have temp on the unit I would think there is another wire in the line. Mine as just a shielded cable
