Default Power Brakes with no jack plate

Anyone have/know if you can mount the power brakes (not the crappie brakes that mount to a pole) on a triton 186 that DOES NOT HAVE a jack plate.

Sent a email to manufacturer but so far no response.

    TIA

I have seen them mounted directly to the boat in various ways. The downside is manual deployment.

Would a cavitation plate trolling motor work if you used it in reverse?
