I use a big flat head with a hex shank, and a big adjustable wrench on it. This lets you push in on the screwdriver and use leverage to turn the screw.

Just use the largest screw driver you have, use a hammer and tap the back of screw driver to shock the bolt, then use a wrench to fit screw shank to help turn. Usually breaks easy.
