    Default Toasted Wheel Bearing?

    So I had them greased. Took boat out scouting in this 40s rainy weather not finding much at all.
    I got home and found this with a nice metal smell.

    Didn’t hear, see, smell anything that would make me question it today. Did hear something but was unable to find out/ unable to reproduce, think I found what it was though.

    How bad and how hard is it to fix?

    *PS website is rotating the picture 90 degrees counter clockwise and don't know how to fix picture orientation either
