Default Minn Kota Ulterra trouble shooting

My ulterra acted up and wouldn’t stow. I finally got it to stow but now when it deploys it will only stand the motor up. It will run the motor up and down with the trim function. I did the trim reset but didn’t change anything. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

To reset your Ulterra, per Minnkota customer service I was told

    Power off for 3 seconds
Power on and then press power button 3 times within 3 seconds

This should reset the control board and bring the motor back to the home position

I have had to do that several times, hope it works for you

Figured it out. I had a issue with my plug which caused low voltage. When I got that straightened out I had trimmed the motor up before stowing it. When I deployed it it was going to the last height position. When I trimed the motor back down it deployed like it should. Thanks for the reply’s!
