I would Aerokroil the heck out of it and let it sit a day or two.
Then I would have my way with it!
Then after cleaning/inspecting the spindle, go with new Hub Kits. I went with Smith kits, keep well greased, and roll with it.

Anytime we have bearings/wheel bearings frozen bolts, nuts that are seized we don't mess around with specialty tools or miracle lubricants.....I wheel the torch over, it's my favorite tool

If it is available it definitely makes life a lot easier.
A small thin cutting wheel is my number 2 choice.
Any time you can get that race cut in two it allows it to open up and create some much needed space to break it's grip on the spindle

OK guys here's the results. I went to Harbor Freight and spent $50 on a bearing splitter set. I sprayed down with PB Blaster and pulled the outer race in 5 min. The inner race was off in 11 min. Beats the heck out of the hours I already had invested. Money well spent. Thanks everyone.
