Well, thick headed me went and did it.... But how bad did I mess up is my question. I had my little 18 hourse in the tank and ran it. Then decided to take it and put it back in the shop. Only thing is, Thick headed me decided I didn't need no help. Well, I wound up dropping the motor on the hood, upside down, and when it fell over the fin smacked the saw horse it had been clamped to. Did'nt damage the hood, ut broke a chunk of the fin off. (See pic's). My question is...1. Can it be ran as is, or 2. Fix it...now that's pot metal, and I don't think it can be welded, so that would mean a lower case, or if I'm lucky finding a good housing and transfer the parts. But just finding a lower end will be fun, as it's 61 yrs old...Any help, Idea's, leads on good suppliers. The motor is a 61 Evinrude 18 hp Fastwin. T.I.A. EricName: 20210516_135344.jpg
