No, not really. The piston has been pushed against the exhaust side of the cylinder since it was new. When warmed up, the piston will be larger and sidewall tolerances will be tighter. You have taken a left turn in your research. The pressure test is good for detecting broken reeds and blown head gaskets. Beyond that, you would need a degree wheel and an in-depth understanding of the internals.
I'd rather be fishing.
