I have had the same boat/engine (175tfw/60EFI) combination since 2012. I haven't worried about the prop. 32-35 mph seems fast enough for me but I don't fish tournaments and most lakes around here are smaller.
Any of you tracker guys done any playing with props on a mercury 4 stroke 60 efi? Just wanting to know if it’s worth changing props to get better hole shot and better top speed... I’m at 32 mph tops

I’ve got a 2013 175tf and run 34-37mph with the stock prop n just me 32-35 with 2+ in boat . Others have tried the four blade aluminum and really like it, get on trackerproteam 175 owners on Facebook and do a search in the tab once the accept your request, good site as well as a wealth of knowledge.

I have a Pro Team 175 with a 60 EFI as well. It has a factory installed Black Max prop on it. It’s not a hole shot machine by any means but will clip across the water between 32-35 which is fine for me. I find if I trim it up about 2-3 seconds from the trim completely down position it performs better out of the hole. I thought about buying a 4 bladed prop BUT I can’t see spending that kind of money when I am happy with my current performance.

Hole shot is my biggest issue I’m a big guy and with me a second person and a full live well it takes forever to plane out

Mine is a 2 stroke and I broke the original aluminum prop and replaced it with a SS of the same size. I can get on plane at 1/2 throttle pretty quick. I just moved my 2 trolling batteries to the front as you did but, have not had it in the water yet to see if there is any change. May go this weekend and will let you know.

Would a jackplate make a difference? That way you could raise or lower the engine, to find the "sweet spot", the proper prop to pad setting.
There is one for sale on the personal sale subforum. Good price also.
Drinkin coffee, missin fish.
I did put a fin, whale tail-not sure the right name- on it when I first bought the boat and it made a world of difference. I can get on plane in 50-100'.
