That sounds like it could be the high pressure pump continuing to run. Those motor systems are pretty complex. My advice would be to get it to someone knowledgeable about them.
When I turn on the main breaker and enter the start code on the key pad, then turn it off and shut off the breaker, there is a fast clicking noise coming from the back of the motor that almost sounds like a spark plug firing or a transducer. If I disconnect the battery cable, the noise stops. I can reconnect the battery and no clicking noise until I enter the start code again. I think there is a relay sticking somewhere. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'd rather be fishing.
Thank you sliderman. That’s kind of what I was thinking.
