Have you tried squirting a little fuel in the carbs to see if it will fire off?

Stator or trigger. If you have a multimeter go on YouTube. Couple of good videos on checking both. Some are on 4 wheelers but same principal.

If you’re getting spark it should jump at least 3/8” inch

Like already mentioned, try squirting some fuel down the carb's throats. Or get you some 2 cycle starting fluid at your local auto parts store.

You could still have spark but off timing.

was running good at wot but would not idle. did the carbs, that did`t help saw spark looked inter minted, changed power pack and coils eng started and seemed ok then shut off and wont restart. after a lot of research i found this eng has sator and rectifier for charging battery, a charging coil for ignition and trigger coil for timing. I think the charging coil or trigger is bad. will check them out when i get home.
