Is the comment about the top two cylinders a figure of speech or a known fact?
Was the computer reading a static reading or dynamic on the water?
Boat after idling would not kick in top two cylinders , take out of gear and it would then sometimes but never acheive top rpm's. Changed low pressure pumps , high pressure filter and saw some improvement BUT motor still only getting around 4800 rpm's. Will not plane for several boat lenghts. By the way it is on a z200 skeeter with talons. 23 pitch prop...may try 21 pitch. Had it on computer and everything looks good, compression good etc. Down to wondering if those tiny filters in the injectors are clogging??
Any thoughts?

I'd rather be fishing.
Did you change spark plugs, plugs can cause this issue
Everything checked out good on the computer on the water under normal operating situations.
