Is the pump somewhat easily accessible? Could it be replaced with a smaller pump? To prove or disprove discharge pipe sizing?

Try adjusting your flow nozzle to a slower flow and also setting your timer on a slower pace. That should do it. It's hard to believe that your boat dealer and Ranger do not have suggestions or a idea for a fix on this.

Timer not adjustable, boat brand new with warranty, not changing parts unless ranger does it. This livewell has recirculate feature. Dealer calling ranger again today after I did some experimenting to make sure boat not leaking. It has a 1" dia overflow on livewell, that should release a lot of water

Question, since you have recirculating system does it also act as a pump out system? If it does could be a misadjusted cable to valve causing your problem. Straight 1 inch drain should handle all your pump could put out.

I don't blame you for not wanting to do much to it, especially since it's under warranty. The last thing you want to do is void it.
    Good luck !

exactly. THe bad part, I'm 2 1/2 hours away from dealer. I can't just hop in truck and haul it over and drop off. THe dealer is being awesome about it, even offered to come get it this time. Just waiting until we have a idea what to do.

If yours has the black spray nozzle look for a little valve handle on the top of the nozzle. My Triton has the valve to control water volume coming in.

nope mine is red and no adjustment. In order to do the pump out mode I have to pull nozzle out, this shuts water off to livewell and pushes it out the back of boat. I also have empty, recirculate, auto functions on selector and manual/auto on switch

Overflow should go straight to the thru-hull fitting on the stern. Remove the screen from the overflow inside the livewell and attempt to flush out with garden hose. Overflows in these boats shouldn’t route through the FlowRite valves so you can eliminate that as a possibility. Fresh from the factory you shouldn’t have an oversized pump (usually 750 or 800gph cartridge) so that leaves a constriction somewhere in your overflow line as the issue. If you can’t flush out any debris and there isn’t a kink in the line, I’d definitely have the dealer test and replace the overflow plumbing because it’s not right.
