Go with LED Brighter more dependable.
Busted off my right side trailler light, having trouble finding a quality replacement. Tired of the Wal-Mart and Amazon junk....willing to pay for quality. Suggestions appreciated!
Go to a truck parts store, get some oval sealed bulbs, like dump trucks use. Buy the brackets too. Use heat shrink butt connectors on the wiring. I installed these on my trailer 10 years ago and have yet to replace one. I don’t even unplug my lights when unloading/loading.

Just what Sup said. I got a set where I worked before I retired. They have been on trailer over 10 years and still working fine little expensive to start but well worth the money over the long haul.

Gonna have to look into these.

I’ve had very good luck with the Optronics brand of sealed LEDs. I’ve bought them from eTrailer, Amazon, and even Academy has a small assortment of them. Like the others stated, butt splice connectors with heat shrink and then I seal the ends with liquid electrical tape for insurance.
