Default Need a tilt and trim unit for 2001 Yamaha 50 hp

I need a tilt and trim for a 2001 Yamaha 50 hp motor. The cheapest I an find on ebay or anywhere is $500. I just thought if someone had one sitting in the yard on a blown motor, I'd love to buy it. Here's a pic of what it looks like. My email is [email protected]. Thanks!

That's just a pic I got off ebay. Mine was checked out by a marine shop and they said it had gouges in the bottom of it and couldn't be rebuilt. They offered a rebuilt one, but it was $800 not including installation, but they said my best bet was to find one someone had wrecked.

If you not find one used cheap then my advice is this, I'm assuming they are talking about the cylinder. If that's it, find a hydraulics shop that works on warehouse, manufacturing or heavy equipment. They should be able to remove the cylinder and cut and thread a new one and rebuild it for you. And should be a lot cheaper.
