    That is a confusing diagram. It shows the two "manual" positions. The auto position is the broken outline. Full counter clockwise will place it in auto. Judging by the described issue, I'm guessing you have had it in the off position.

    You Know Sliderman, I hadn't even noticed the outlined position I just went out there and flipped it up, and low and behold it does flip up like that, which I assume is the "auto" position. It fired right up! Thank you sir for your help and persistence. Score one for Sliderman
