Good afternoon,
My husband has a 2014 Tracker ProV 185 boat, he is wanting to find the location of the bilge pump to take a look at it as he feels it is not working properly, I have searched the internet and have not found anything, not even on Tracker's website. Does anybody have an idea where it is located, or any pictures that can help him locate the pump's location.
Thank you in advance.

Gonna be located below and behind the gas tank on the floor of the hull/boat bottom. It will be very difficult to get to it, may have to remove the gas tank unless your boat has a round porthole with a removable screw in lid in the splashwell. It will still be difficult to get to.

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.Cray LIKED above post
It will look something like this :
Not necessarily this brand or these colors, but it will have a hose going to the drivers side of the boat or rear of the boat, and connected to a port (where the water is expelled out).
There should be a switch that, when flipped, will turn it on ... and if it's working you should be able to hear it running. If not, then it's jammed up with something or the electrical connection is bad.
If it has sucked up something from the bilge area of the boat, a leaf, a piece of plastic, or whatever ... then it may not be able to suck the water into the unit. It could also have been dislodged from its base and is "air-locked" and not able to create suction. Rough roads and running in heavy waves have been known to dislodge them, and even break the connector tabs (the blue raised tabs inserted into the white outlet section of the above picture). They can & do deteriorate over time and become brittle and easily broken, but your boat is not that old, so I doubt deterioration is the problem.
As the others have said, it's in the rear of the boat ... back where the batteries & gas tank are ... and usually at the lowest point in the sub-floor. It's only distinguishable from the livewell pumps, that may be in the same area, by the fact that it only has ONE hose coming out of it. Livewell pumps will have two hoses.
If it's working .... you can hear it when you turn it on, and it's pumping water out of the boat ... but, it seems to be struggling or making a strange noise : take a water hose (med water pressure) and run water into the outlet port. Leave the plug in while back flushing the unit ... then pull the plug and drain all the water out. Turn the bilge pump back on & see if the sound has changed. Also check the contents of the water that drains out the drainplug hole, to see if any materials (leaves, paper, plastic, etc) comes out with the water. Sometimes this "back flushing" works, sometimes not ... but, if the unit is that hard to access & remove or check, then it may be your next best option.
