Sounds like you've fried some electronics in your ignition system, or at least burnt a fuse .... hopefully, someone more tech savvy than me will know for sure.
Ok so I've posted several threads and worked through some minor issues with cracks in the fuel system that have been resolved. I had the engine purring away and decided to run half a can of seafoam and a gallon of gas through it to clean out carbs. I let it run until it ran out of fuel but forgot to turn off key. Went to run engine off main tank next day and battery was dead. I've since charged up the battery and it will crank and crank but won't turn over. Also, when I turned key halfway it would beap and then crank, which I believe was the oil injector priming before engine start. It now no longer makes any beeping noise...what the heck is going on!

Pull the spark plugs and see if the Seafoam fouled them out.
Is that battery holding a charge? Sounds like you killed the battery when you drained it.

I'm sure archer guy or Sliderman will get on here but I'm betting leaving the key on burned out a coil pac or something else in the ignition circuit.

Leaving the key on has nothing to do with the ignition system except removing the ground to the power power pack. If you have some equipment wired for power from the switch that could drain the battery but not damage the ignition system. As mentioned, plugs could be fouled from seafoam.

as to the battery, bad battery can crank engine, but not have enough left to get a good spark, sounds silly, but I've seen it happen before.

I'm thinking you may be right about the battery because up until I drained the battery it was firing right up. I'll check the plugs first and then grab a new battery at the auto parts store if plugs look decent
