Electric fuel pump? that's what it sounds like , how did you check spark, a spark board is the only true test, spark should jump at least a half inch gap
Used my boat Thursday, Friday and Saturday. when I went to come in Saturday afternoon it would turn over but not start. I'm getting fire, fuel seems to be fine, it's not the kill switch, the oil level is not low, put new plugs in, took fuel rail loose and turned motor over and it seemed to be spraying fuel out the injectors but still wouldn't start. Before I put new plugs in I squirted fuel on each cylinder turned it over, it started and run long enough to burn fuel and shut off. Anyone ever had this problem or got any suggestions to what is going on?

If it has good spark and good fuel pressure then I would say, crank position sensor is bad, or loose, air gap incorrect and ecm doesn't know where the pistons are, spark and fuel pressure are the first two things to verify , as per a service manuals specs

No way to tell besides getting it hooked up at the dealer, saying that do you have a fuel filter either on the engine or boat some filters will shut down fuel supply if to much water is in filter.
May have a water separating filter on the fuel system, looks like an oil filter, if it has one, remove it , dump contents into a glass jar and see what you see, water will be on the bottom, I have had two times where you couldn't tell there was water in the jar because it was all water, no split or separation line

Have Yamaha 115 4stroke like you and had very similar problem. Noticed when I attempted to start that both fish finders shut down. Took to dealer/tech, they said sounded like a low voltage issue. Going to pick it up today (hopefully). If you would let us know what your tech has to say and what to get it going.
If it started when you put gas in the cylinders I would bet you have water in your fuel.
