Still shots doesn't show it but it's right between were the carbs marry together does it in sync on all the carbs something tells me that there should be a atmospheric vent somewhere

Four stroke carbs ( some of them) actually have an acclerator pump on them, when you jump on the throttle a plunger is depressed and fuel is forced into a passage through the carb to help with take off, its possible the pump which is part of the carb but serviceable may have a bad gasket or diaphragm causing a leak. Please take a picture of where the fuel is coming out of for a better suggestion of a fix

Well the guy took the boat out last week said it hasn't ever ran this good before so I guess the fuel spitting is only because it wasn't running and i was flooding it out

Dirt or varnish under the needle on the seat would cause that, Seafoam in every tank of gas helps eliminate that problem
