    Default 2 stroke oil brand?

Have a mercury 150 up been using mercury quicksilver but can get amsoil 2 stroke synthetic for a lot less. Wondering if it's a good oil or if anyone uses it.

I use the Amsoil but never saw it priced less than the quicksilver anywhere.

I use Quicksilver regular 2 stroke oil. I bought a gallon of the Quicksilver synthetic blend today. I have fouled a couple of plugs in the last year and wondered if the synthetic is less prone to fouling? Anyone know???

Hello: I've been using AMSOIL for several years now, 2004 Merc. 2 stroke. A lot less smoke and stink than the Merc. oil I used to use. No problems. Good Luck. O - R

My 2000 Opti once broken in has never seen anything but Amsoil HP very clean burning. I have idled for hours using side imaging and never a problem with plugs or any internal problems.
