    Default Livewell Timer blowing fuses

My livewell runs fine if on continuous. When I turn on the timer, It will run for a few minutes then blow a 5 amp fuse. I have a 2004 Ranger 522VX that has the touch pad system. From what I understand, the timer is built into the touch pad. Is my livewell pump going bad or is it the built in timer?

Sounds like the timer since your pump runs fine on continious.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Timer bad. Call ranger and see if that portion can be repaired if not and pad has to be replaced I'd buy another controller and install it.
