Man for the year that boat looks in very good shape... Good for you for finding such a nice deal. May it treat you well.

Everything with the boat is in good shape. The hull/gel coat is in great shape. I suspect the carpet was replaced at some point, but it may be original.
The trailer is a little rough. Fenders are beat up, no steps or guide on bunks/rollers, and someone did a sloppy job wiring the lights.
Unless I find something wrong with it later, I'm pleased with it.

I have a 01 Javelin 17 venom with a 90 Johnson, good boats in my opinion. Nice looking rig.

agree. it should be sitting level when hooked up. Looks like you need to lower your hitch ball a little

That looks like it's been well taken care of.

I had a '94 Javelin 363B with a 115 Johnson for quite some time. I put countless crappie in that boat and it ran extremely well for a 16'8" boat. It was essentially a Stratos hull with a step down in trim/finish. Mine handled better with a 4 blade shooter prop but I picked up a couple of MPH on the top end with a Raker. I upgraded the 12/24 TM wiring to 6-gauge for a Terrova install and resealed the underside of the rub rail with black silicone where it had separated enough to let a few cups of water in the bilge during a day of fishing.
