    Default Terrova mounting plate

Picked up used Terrova that I will be mounting soon. Will be putting it on a 03 Lowe 180w, should I buy a mounting plate for it? I know I need to make sure I have the right over hang, watch front roller and try not to have head sticking out past side of boat. Any other things I should think about or know when mounting?? Thanks

Look into the MKA-47 mounting plate. Mine allows me to slide my Rip Tide back 6 inches when I stow it so the head and prop are protected by the bow. I wouldn't be without one.

I had no idea there was such a bracket. That is good information for when I update my Tm. When mine dies I will buy a self deploy. I wonder how that bracket will work with those.

Thanks mrdux, I will check into that plate. Does it come with all the mounting hardware?

Much to my dismay, I just spent the money on a mka-47 but it will be all set now.
