Default Motor Guide TM model numbers

Can anyone point me to an explanation of MG trolling motor model numbers?
I have a motor marked Model 9B43GCAF and am looking for a manual for it.
The model numbers today are totally different.

Did a google search, came up with " 2003 9BT42GAAF Motorguide Trolling Motor Parts "
Did not see any models under number 9B43GCAF

I found that, but need information on the built-in transducer and what FF/DF I can use with it.

Have you contacted motorguide? I had a question on my 04 foot control, they responded quickly.

I called Motorguide this AM and they pointed to a generic manual that doesn't even mention the built-in transducer, which is what I was looking for. I will have to go to the local FF/DF guru.

Thanks - I got that a while ago. I am just now understanding it. The adapters listed are hard to find as they are no longer made. However I did find one online in a shop in TX and saw a few others in a local shop. I have to take my list (as you posted above) with me and go back and see which ones they are. Then to find a DF/FF that fits the adapter I find.

    Thanks

I spent a bit of time on the phone with John at Jones, and he helped quite a bit.
I think I have a good handle on what I need to look for in the sonar unit that will mate up to the TM.
