Best info I can find is : 135psi would be the minimum, and that's very close to a worn engine reading, so you'd want to be much higher than that. All cylinders should be within a few percent (5-10%) of each other's psi numbers.
I know nothing about any of this, and these numbers were taken from other forums and from supposed marine mechanics or just forum members relating what they experienced.
