    could some explain how does the water tube go back into motor housing after water pump over-haul. it is connected to the grommet on top of the water pump, does it simply slide into the washer in the exhaust tube?

    Most just slip into the water pump housing and the bottom of the motor has the same type of slip fitting that the tube slips into......... if the tube has an offset be sure that the tube is oriented correctly and actually goes into the hole in engine.........
