CMC PT35 ?

Went out yestiddy morn to tie up dock gangplank. I noticed that the Trim/Tilt was sluggish. Didn't move near as fast as previous. Is this caused by cold weather? It was about 31* when I first trimmed the engine up. The trim speed up/down never increased, just sluggish. I have the high speed model. No leaks. Battery fully charged. Engine cranked and ran just fine. All gadgets work, including trol motor.

Never had this issue that I can remember and the boat has been out in blow 20* weather before.

Its broke and beyond repair so you might as well give it to me. I could see that happening if you had the wrong oil it it and it was real cold out. Actually I'm looking for one the next size up.
