Check the web sites of Express and Wareagle. They both build some nice boats that should fit the Bill. That way you would have the model name and numbers to start looking for.
My head is starting to spin from looking for a specific jon boat. I'm looking for an open floored, 14-15' flat bottom jon boat with a split back seat. Can someone tell me company names/models and/or the correct terminology?
I've googled split seat, open floor, duck/hunting boat and I can't quite dial in the correct terms. I'd like to be able to search craigslist or boattrader for a used boat like in the pix (Let me know if anyone has one for sale or if you recommend a hunting site for these types of boats). Thanks

I have a 2000 model 1546 xpress boat. Looks nearly just like your picture, except it has about an 8" raised front deck.

Here is a pic. I had to make a cover to go over my gunbox, because squirrels kept tearing up the seat on top of it.

Here is one model at a dealer here in SC. Looks like a versatile layout. I think they sell Yammys also in case you prefer them.

thanks for the help guys.
I spend another 4-5 hrs surfing and found some info to help in my search.
NCS= No Center Seat
SS=Split Seat
It seems like these kind of boats are more for hunting so I'm going to start calling a few local dealers.
Check with War Eagle......also Fand F Boats in Ark. custom makes boats.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

The HD drop deck in 15 ft is what my neighbor has. Very nice boat. It is set up for spider rigging two in the front. Then he made a drop in deck to sit across the back pods that is removable. Boat runs 24 with 2 people and gear with a 25 merc and aluminum prop. Very stable and handles rough water very well. Also has a setup to install a duck blind.
