Here you go, this should help you out. Look at parts 19 and 20. That shows 19 which is the one with splines between prop and housing then 20 which is a spacer washer goes on out side of prop. Also 19 should only go one way in most cases since most have a taper on one side and flat on the other. Also looking at the prop list your right in the ball park with what you have. As you scroll down it lists all the parts description.

Are you trying to put the trim tab on backwards?? See the direction in the link Cray posted....

Another thing is that you may have a prop that has spun on the inner rubber mount and will need to be repaired.

I don't live too far from you if you want me to look at it send me a PM.

    Cray -

19 is in place. There is nothing that looks like 20 or 21, see above. Trim tab installed as shown in picture, fin pointed out back of boat.

dfar - if you WANT to that would be great. I'll PM you. I hate to ask that of anyone though.

We have such a great community here, thank you guys so much with the help so far. I believe once I have this figured out I'm finally done fixing/fine tuning things haha, for now anyways. I can't even run it though the way it is now without breaking the tab off and in so making the boat pull to one side or the other again.

I think if you could get dear over to look at it he could help figure it out. Hard not being able to put hands on it. That part you have in your hand is part of the prop hub. You could change that part out with another one and put it on different motor. I believe your problem lies in that spacer that's on the shaft. I still think I would try calling Apollo. From the looks of that part in your hand you may not need that spacer.

That Prop is made by Michigan Wheel and uses their XHS-208 hub kit. for your 90 yamaha and the prop is the right size also.

The amount of black deposits on the parts in the picture makes me think that those parts are getting exhaust gases in them which should not happen. You may have some incorrect parts in there.

Well went and met Dave (dfar) today and he got me straightened out. Seems the prop was too big (length wise). So I'll have one for sale shortly haha. Gave me a spare he had to use for the time being. I really appreciate everyone's help on this! Hopefully I'll be able to return some favors down the road for you guys haha.
