    Default Simply problem

I have a 90 model bass tracker with a 75 force. There is a small line that looks kind of like a vacuum line to me, that runs from the top of the lower unit into the hull with the other lines, and it broke into. I just noticed it last time I had the boat out when I was loading it. What I want to know is 1 what is it, 2 could water have got into the lower because it was pretty close to water lever, and three should I go ahead and change my lower unit fluids? The boat runs perfect, thanks for any advice you guys can give.

Its not for a pitot but it is for the speedometer. It won't hurt anything if it is not hooked up except your speedometer won't work if you have one.
