    I was wondering what the cost would be to put electric start on a 06 johnson 9.9 4 stroke?

    It depends on a lot of things. What is the model number of the motor? This is probably it but I'm not positive, 2006 J10RL4SDM Evinrude / Johnson Johnson Outboard ELECTRIC START KIT (ACCESSORY) Diagram and Parts

    You will need to call or e-mail boat.net about that one. I am pretty sure its an 07 model (according to the model no.)
