I'm not a master mechanic but it looks like prop shaft seal, fix it quick for little dollars or later for big dollars

Could be no problem at all. Good chance it's just unburnt fuel in the exhaust.
If it were mine I would drain lower unit, if no water in it, refill and go fishing!
Looks like gas

I'd take a look at the lower unit oil just to be safe.
It might also be due to some gas leaking out of the carb throats from having the choke closed and cranking it over too much, then tilting the motor. Or, a fuel line leak, or a propshaft seals as mentioned already. I look at my lower unit oil regularly, and inspect fuel lines for leaks as well. If you're tilting the motor all the way, you're almost always going to get a little fuel leakage out of the carbs into the lower pan which drains down via the holes in the pan and can get into the water.

Are you guys seeing the black stream coming out of the prop?
had a johnson ,when new would do this if you left the lines pumped up when not in use . disconnect lines when leaving boat . never happened again .
