    Hi : The easiest thing would be to get some ss bolts (not Screws) all top drawer boats have that stuff thru bolted on! So get some 1 1/2 inch X 3/16 or 1/8 bolts and fender washers and locking nuts and blot it down. I have restored many boqats and just finished my little 16 foot Fiberglass baot had it stripped to the bare huil new foam,floor,carpet,etcYou can fix that in 30 minutes and it will look as before!!
