Shane, do your self a big favor and get to someone who knows what they are doing. Keep fooling with It and gona cost you a crankshaft or block.

If you get on-line and check out Outboard Recycle in Alabama they may have a used take off flywheel that would be just the ticket to fixing your problem and not having to worry about that ring hitting you in the back of the skull running across the lake.
