Have you changed your fuel filter ? Do you use Marine Stabil on a regular basis ? If not.... You could have some injectors clogged or gummed up.

Same thing happened to my 115 Yamaha. I was told the injectors needed to be replaced. I sent them to US Injector for 72.00 they cleaned my injectors and replaced the filter in the end of the injector and my motor has never ran so good. Money well spent. USInjector.com

Could just need the fuel mix adjusted along with injector cleaning. Have you had it checked over in the past 3 years? They are also notorious for seals going bad. Is there any water coming out of anywhere it shouldn’t be with the cover off? When you throw the throttle all the way down what happens? Mine started to bog down and even choke out to where it would stop all together. So I adjusted the fuel mix, and found out it was to lean. No prob after that.
