I run some Merc Quick-Kleen through the motor and then went thought the boat with a fine tooth comb. What I found is one of the ribs was loose and would pull down putting drag in the water. I also started looking for a new motor and an had mine looked at there was nothing wrong with it he made a few adjustments on it to clean up the running and it is back to full power again. Thanks for the help and suggestions it got me through this mess. I guess the next thing would me if someone has a good 75 to 115 Mercury for sale let me know. Thanks everyone

Get u some Mercury powertune, follow the directions, spray into carb throats. The very best way to do away with power robbing carbon. Great stuff !!
