Thread: Week nite trip

Hit a night fishing spot tues. night they wern't biting at 1st was getting ready to quit when I missed one stayed a wwhile and started getting em steady . Got 16 really nice ones from 11 to 14 inch on fin s real subtle bite mostly just some weight on the jig lift rod and there he is . Hard hook set didn't work like it did fri night when they were more aggresive .Released all this time ,an otter came into area and spooked em they quit .

Better keep that otter away if you can. They are super efficient fisherman. Nice report tear. I have been mostly deer hunting the past month. My last three sits I haven't seen a single deer and this is supposed to be the rut. Lucky for me I have harvested a buck during early mz season and a doe during earlier bow.
