As we got into inlet where we stopped to take pics. I got hungry when I got whiff of the smell of thrashers fries that the north wind was carrying lol.
Had to get new trailer for my center console boat picked it up fri. evening switched trailers had to do a little roller adjustment but not bad . Decided on spur of the minute sat. morning to go try for some tautog at an ocean snag and we had a slow start but when the tide slowed we got a steady going . They are fun to catch and real fun to eat.

Man I am a addict for thrashers and I understand the hunger getting in the way of fishing. I have ran offshore many times and that return back to the ramp I smell those fries and in my mind I try to figure out how I can get some with a trailer and a big boat. Never works out..
Those are some great togs and so good eating.
Thanks for sharing
