Thread: Male dominent catch

I had a buddy from work meet me yesterday morn. at the same spot we tore em up at last week , and we did pretty good again only this time 9 out of 10 were males. We only got a few of the big ole egg laden females , last week it was 50 / 50. Thinking they might be spawning right now,or some are done and the males are guarding nest and were biting us as our lures came close just spectulating. Had a good time my buddy had only caught 3 pickeral before this day ,well he quadrupled that, and we got 5 nice yellow perch along with 44 crappie.

Cool deal.
We're still gettin' a 50/50 mix on the Potomac with water right at 70. Jumped 10 degrees in the past 10 days.
