Potomac River Crappie
I have never fished the Potomac for crappie but understand they start to stack up come JAN/FEB. Any help of what area to look at and techniques this time of year.

It is a big area but look for the area just before the marina. It is boat only since bank fisherman trashed the area.

It's black hill lake right now alot of small crappie but early spring is when we catch the big ones,Right now the best place to catch some crappie is lake needwood in Rockville md 9in-11in been caught now and bigger ones.
