    Default Fish biting yet!

Fish are still biting here. The water temp has cooled off a bit and is 76 degrees now. Bigger ones hit this morning in 20ft of water. They was about 3ft off of the bottom. The wind started picking up about 11:00 AM and was blowing 20-30 MPH by noon. The fish went shallower and was right on the bottom in 8-12 ft of water. After the wind picked up the bigger fish turned off, and we caught mostly 10-1/2 to 11-1/2 inchers then. We caught about 50 Crappie and 1 catfish. We kept 42 nice Crappie and the 1 catfish. The guy I took today likes the catfish so I cleaned it for him. Other wise I let them go. They hit on a minnow again today. I tried a jig this morning for awhile but they just wanted a plain minnow.

I didn't fish in the wind when the wind came up I went to the docks at the marina and fished off of them.
