    Well, that's quite nice of you to say, but no, a man's got to know his limitiations. I've got no illusions of being a master fisherman. But, I do agree they are jealous. I'm pretty sure it's of my stunning good looks though. :D

    with as many as I catch anything bigger than the minnow on my hook is a slab.

    My Biggest Slab Was 16.5" in leng and about 2 and 3/4" thick went 3.25 Pounds Caught at lake Sangchris in illinois

    Don,t really know what makes a slab. I guess the one i caught Monday night might be called a lot of things i just call them groceries. Just for the record it was 18" long and full of eggs caught at Lake Blackshear in Georgia. I sent it home with 60 more for my son and another man from the church where he is Youth Pastor to have a fish fry. Had a good night of fun and fellowship. This was the biggest crappie i have caught other than one i caught in the sixties from our farm pond and it lacked 3oz weighing the state record at that time both put up an aufully good fight.
