This is a picture of a Black Crappie that I caught at Buggs Island Lake in Virginia Saturday, March 7 while fishing a crappie tournament. It weighted 3.77lbs and won big fish in the tournament. I was told it was the largest crappie ever weighted in a crappie tournament @ Buggs Island. To show the true size of the fish I held another crappie in my right hand that weighted about a pound.
