I agree with waterboy1...thats what we always use to do with the "old" ones we had laying around.

Turn the leather pump cup inside-out and soak it in oil overnight. Then turn it right side-out and put it back in. That usually works for a while. Coleman still carries the leather replacements, if you need one. They work better than the new rubber ones.
