How Much is BS

I guess it's just assumed that all fisherman "stretch the truth" about how many and how big their catches are but I was raised to tell the truth and would rather keep my integrity than try to convince folks that we're doing better than we are.

I weigh my client's fish on an X-Tool digital scale (without leaning it back to add several ounces) and measure them on a Gator Grip Golden Rule with their mouths open (since we're not doing it for minimum length limits). Then I post their pictures on my website at PICTURES FROM RECENT TRIPS and pictures of the bigger fish at BIGUNS. Of course I have them hold their fish out in front of them to make the fish look as good as possible but that's as far as I'll go.

We had some sho-nuff gooduns today! (After a couple very tough days over the weekend)

I don't have too much trouble in catching at least a few from september through the spawn. But, after the spawn until the fall. I am better off eating the minnows.

Ha Ha. I finally got a picture to work. Conditions have been right this year. And fish like the one my son is holding have been very frequent. And there is no BS here. And no boat. Since January 1st my son and I have caught nearly 300 crappie. All while fishing from the bank. Our little secret hole didnt stay a secret very long. When word got out every body and there brother was wearing them out. Alot of people would keep way more than a limit. Thats the sad part.

No one doubts that you Good Ole Boys catch fish and Happy to see the kids out with there Dads. Way to go Dads .. Some of you were offended when I post the BS issue It was meant in fun and the Humor of some is what it was all about. May all your days be good day and don't forget to thank the Man Upstairs..

I don't post very often, and it's usually fishin the same lake. I've had days of 2 or 3 fish, and I've had "banner"days. I will gladly put anyone in the boat and have them do it my way and make their own judgement. Course once I show you my honey hole I have to cut your eyes out so you can't bring that 1 guy we all have to tell.
