    Default rod holders

There is also a new rod holder system on the market that works very well and you do not have to drill any holes in you boat and they mount nad remove very easy. They are made by Cleat Clamp,LLC and cane be seen at

What Purpose Does The Color Coding (red , White , Blue , Black) Stand For? I Have Never Fished With Rod Holders So I Dont Know All The Secrets? But My Dad Has Always Wanted To Try Spider Rigging So I Am Thinking About Trying It.

That idea comes from Jerry Blake and Darryl Morris.

They have their rods color coordinated. I have colored tape on the midsection and at the rod/reel junction....also helps hold reel on rod...keeps the little fitting from ever backing off...this tape is the same color as tape on rod holder...also bobber is painted color coordinated with tape...this way you can instantly know which rod to grab when you have four or more out. Also lets people in the boat...the other folks fishing...see which one goes down...and help you keep track...as you'll probably get a bite when you are looking at graph, running trolling motor, or drinking and eating a bite.

You hear someone in the back yell out "RED" or "BLUE" you know what to grab...you don't have to look out for which bobber or rod tip went down. Kind of makes it more organized I guess...lol.

Its all for the fish!! :D

Dave, Scrapper picked up those rod holders off of eBay. PM him if you want and I'm sure he'll tell you which eBay member he bought them from.
