Hi-vis A+++++
hi-vis for me
Hi-vis A+++++
Dave
I'am 100% with bigfish5!
i use the hi-vis in a crystal clear rock quarry and have seen crappie come up and put their nose on the line so i know they can see it. that was when i was fishing about 20 ft. and catching crappie. the fish that nosed the line were about ten ft., in my opinion hi-vis is the way to go, i think they get a little curious and come to the line.
I have done well with Hi-Vis and definitely caught more crappie than ever using it. I thought it might not do as well in clearer water as most water I fish is murky if not downright muddy. Went up to Minnesota this past summer and fished some lakes that were very clear compared to what I normally fish and it did just fine. Doesn't seem to matter to any species.
hi-vis is the only choice for me!
I remember a year or two ago at a local crappie bash some guys were laughing at my high vis line, now most everyone in this area uses it. The fish don't seem to notice the difference and it's much easier for the fisherman to see it.

Well most of the time it does not matter. On two days same bait low vis green out fished hi-vis 5 to 1 so i do not use hi-vis all all poles.

Let's go fishing.
We use it in both Mono & Power Pro the guys at the heated dock said they wont bite if they see the line, My reply is they dont bite the line, it's whats tied on the end of it! Our catch rate has gone up using hi-vis lines for sure. *Check out our post today on the Okla. page we got these on 6lb. gold Stren Class mono.
