    Question Hey Tom ......

are these what you are looking for?

These are the two adapters I told you about in my previous post -- first pic is the 1M/2FM .... it will fit into the 2nd pic adapter (1FM/AC) and you can attach the AC (alligator clips) to the battery, and have two recepticles for your lights. I use the 1M/2FM adapter to run two blacklights off a portable jumper battery ... or both, to use a marine battery (should I forget to bring the jumper battery ) ...... cp

    Tom,

Sorry, I forgot to provide that information. You can get them at Bas Pro shops. Item number 21-521-472-00, 24.99, plus shipping if you can't buy it over the counter. The below link oughta take you there.

Or you can go through the "BPS" link at the top of the page and it's my understanding that WWW.crappie.com makes a little change?

Talking No Tom, you ain't blind ...

there was no pic of the adapter with alligator clips, in the first post ... just links to "other" adapters. I wasn't sure if my scanner would take a picture of my adapters. I just gave it a try, anyway ... just to see if it would work. I had to scale down the picture, from the original scan (something I need to work on, anyway), but once I figured that out and previewed the post - I put'em on here for you to see. I checked them to see if there was any brand name on them, but there wasn't any. But, you should be able to find them at most any large chain store that has an automotive/fishing/camping dept. ............ luck2ya ......cp

Howdy again had to go to school; if you need more than two female outlets go to your local truck stop, generaly ther are some with up to 4 or 6 holes in them. truckers have alot of plug in stuff like coffeepots, hair dryers (for momma), tv's, dvd players, all that sort of crap. if you have a Petro or Fly'n J near by you'd be suprised at what they have for dc elertic's. tarfu

Anyone know of a place in the Atlanta or surrounding area that keeps the blue top marine batteries in stock. I've called around most of the auto parts places that carry them and its a special order itme. Also bass pro didnt have the brinkman starfire's on the shelfs and I'd like to get a coupe of those before this weekend as well. I'd like to find these items before the weekend and I'm afraid ordering online might be pushing my luck. Thanks!

OK......found a blue top at Sears this morning.

One last question on the subject. The battery has two sets of post. I will mainly be running one alligator clip to female cigarette adapaptor plus 2 submersible lights both of which have alligator clips so I have 3 sets of alligator clips that will be directly connected to the battery. I'm guessing its OK to hook up two sets of Alligator clips to one set of posts on the battery? Is this OK or whats the best way to connect more than 2 things that have alligator clips to one battery? I wish the brinkman starfire lights had ciggarette lighter adaptors and this would not be an issue. Thanks again!

Last yr. I bought a boat that had the orig. batteries on it (96 Ranger). The 2 trolling motor batts. had the voltage but lost power too quick, they have been replaced. The starting batt. (duel purpose) is still on the boat and working fine! It is a Delco Voyager. I will definitely have to consider another one of these when it is time to buy another.
I will also add that the man that I bought it from didn't use the boat for the last 2 seasons but would go out to the garage and charge the batts. every month. I purchased an onboard charger (4/4) and ran a jumper to the starting batt. that stays hooked up when not in use. Works for me
